What we collect
Only what you submit through the contact form: name, email, and your message. Nothing else. No analytics, no cookies for marketing, no tracking pixels.
Why we collect it
Solely to reply to your message. Legal basis under GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (steps prior to entering a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in responding to inbound contact). Under Swiss nLPD: processing for legitimate communication purposes.
Who receives it
The message is delivered via Postmark (transactional email provider, US, GDPR-compliant) to ceo@artholding.ch. We do not share with any other third party.
How long we keep it
Until the conversation reaches its natural conclusion, plus up to 24 months for archival. You can request deletion at any time.
Your rights
Under GDPR and Swiss nLPD: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any right, email ceo@artholding.ch.
